TERMS: We recommend that all buyers have prior approval with the City of Hudson for individual uses of this building. Purchaser(s) will be required to pay a  $2500.00 nonrefundable down payment immediately following the auction and enter into a purchase agreement with the remaining balance due and payable on closing day- November 1, 2010—when the buyer shall receive a clear and merchantable title to the property. Title insurance will be split 50/50 between buyer and seller. The Church is being sold as is where is with all defects and no warranties are expressed or implied. All information deemed reliable, however, all buyers are encouraged to inspect the property prior to purchasing. Any announcements made day of auction will supersede any advertisements.
