* Bidding will close on July 19, 2023. The 1st 5  lots will start at close at 6:00 PM (Central) then additional 5 batch increments will close every 3 minutes thereafter until the final lots are closed.

* Pickup date of items will be on July 20, 2023 from 4:30 to 6:30 PM (Central) at 304 S. Main St., Inwood, IA 51240 DOORS WILL CLOSE AT 6:00 PM SHARP

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME ABOVE. PICKUP WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED TIMES ABOVE.

IF THE ABOVE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH SOMEONE ELSE TO PICKUP YOUR ITEMS AT THE SCHEDULED TIME PRIOR TO BIDDING.

Special Terms: ALL BUYERS MUST BE ABLE TO LEGALLY POSSESS A FIREARM AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO A BACKGROUND CHECK FOR ALL PURCHASES. EACH BUYER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY A $30.00 FEE PER GUN TO THE FFL DEALER FOR PROCESSING. THIS TERM APPLIES TO ALL BUYERS INCLUDING BUYERS WHO HAVE AN ACTIVE FFL LICENSE THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.

Online Buyers: ALL FIREARMS PURCHASED ONLINE BY BUYERS FROM OUT OF STATE WILL BE SHIPPED TO A LICENSED FFL DEALER OF THEIR CHOICE IN THEIR STATE TO BE PICKED UP. NO FIREARM WILL BE SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO A BUYER. ALL BUYERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL FEES INCURRED THROUGH SHIPPING AND ANY FEES CHARGED BY THE BUYERS FFL DEALER AND BY THE BUYERS STATE.
