This auction will have a 10% Internet buyers premium with a $750.00 cap fee per item.

* Bidding will close on August 9 & 10, 2023. The 1st 3  lots will start at close at 6 PM (Central) then additional 3 batch increments will close every 2 minutes thereafter until the final lots are closed.

* Pickup date of items will be on August 12, 2023 from 9:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. (NOON) (Central) at  4167 Indian Ave., Orange City, IA 51041  DOORS WILL CLOSE AT 12:00 PM (NOON) SHARP

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME ABOVE. PICKUP WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED TIMES ABOVE.

IF THE ABOVE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH SOMEONE ELSE TO PICKUP YOUR ITEMS AT THE SCHEDULED TIME PRIOR TO BIDDING.

ALTERNATE PICKUP ARRANGEMENTS: Please call our office at 712-476-9443 for alternate pickup arrangements. Must be scheduled & approved prior to bidding!
