*Bidding will close on April 4, 2016 the 1st 10 lots will start to close at 7:00 P.M. (Central) then additional 10 lot increments will close every 5 minutes thereafter until final 10 lots are closed.

*Open house: Open house to view the items will be held on March 19, 2016 from 1:00-3:00 P.M. at 197 Westview Dr. Rock Valley, Iowa 51247. 

*Pickup date of items purchased will be Tuesday April 5, 2016 from 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. (Central) —Items must be removed that day.
