*Bidding will close on January 13, 2016 the 1st 25 lots will start to close at 6:00 P.M. (Central) then additional 25 lot increments will close every 5 minutes thereafter until final 25 lots are closed.

*Open house: Open house to view the items will be held on JAN 7, 2016 at 304 S Main St. Inwood IA, From 5:30—7:00 P.M. 

*Pickup date of items purchased will be Jan 16 from 10;00 to 2:00 P.M. (Central) —Items must be removed that day.
