*Bidding will open on February 1, 2016 @ 8AM

*Bidding will close on Feb 15, 2016 the 1st 10 lots will start to close at 7:00 P.M. (Central) then additional 10 lot increments will close every 5 minutes thereafter until final 10 lots are closed.

*Open house: Open house to view the items will be held on Feb 9, 2016 at 304 S Main Street Inwood Iowa (at Summit Auction Building) From 5:30—6:30 P.M. 

*Pickup date of items purchased will be  Feb. 16 from 5:30 to 7:00 P.M. (Central) —Items must be removed that day.

*Terms: Cash/Check or credit card day of pickup. All sales final. All items are located at 304 S. Main Street Inwood IA
