Method of sale: Tract 1 -29 acre tract of farmland will be offered and remain sold. Then Tract 2 will then be sold. Tracts will not be combined. The acreage site will be sold immediately following farmland at approx. 12:00 P.M/Noon at acreage site.
Possession: Possession of the farmland will be March 1, 2013 due to current lease. Possession of acreage will be closing day November 20, 2012.
Terms of tracts 1, 2 & 3: Purchaser(s) will be required to pay a non-refundable 10% of the purchase price immediately following the auction and also enter into a purchase agreement with the remaining balance due and payable on closing day on or before November 20, 2012 when the buyer shall receive a clear and merchantable title to the property. The farms/acreage site are being sold as is as a cash sale with no finance contingencies.
