We will sell at public auction the following real estate at the land site located from the I-29 Davis/Hurley Exit #59, ½ mile east on Co Hwy 134 (285th St.), one mile south on 471st Ave, ½ mile east on 286th St.Attention farmers and investors: Here is an opportunity to expand your current farming operation or to purchase as an investment. This high producing tract of land is located in southeastern South Dakota’s prime ag area. The land is currently in a corn/soybean rotation. Predominant soil is Wentworth-Chancellor. According to Surety/AgriData, the overall productivity index is 87.1.
