Abbreviated Legal Description of Tract 1: The S ½ of the NE ¼ of Section 27, Twp 99N, Range 46W of the 5th P.M. Cleveland Twp, Lyon County, IA. –subject to public roads and easements of record.

General Description of Tract 1: This highly productive high quality 80+–acre tract of farmland has according to the Lyon County FSA approx. 76.11 tillable acres with the balance in road, ditch and also there are 3 acres in the Conservation Reserve Program which expires on Sept 30, 2012. This farm has a corn base of 37.8 acres with a direct yield and cc yield of 105bu. A soybean base of 37.2 acres and a direct yield and cc yield of 34bu.
