GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Inside 153.15 acres of farmland.  Note 3 acres of this farmland

was sold to acreage owner recently therefore estimates from

Lyon County F.S.A. may be slightly different from their earlier

estimates.135.7 acres cropland with balance in grass waterways.

Land has a corn base of 85.9 acres with a Direct Yield and CC yield of 104 bushels.  Soybeans base of 46.6 acres with a base Direct Yield and CC yield of 44 bushels. South 59.92 acres is classified as HEL with a conservation  plan of conservation crop rotation, conservation tillage and contour farming.  Balance of the land is not HEL.  Estimated average C.S.R. is 58.80. The soil types consist mainly of Moody Silty Clay Loam associated with Crofton, Egan, Afton and Colo Silty Clay Loam.
