Method of sale: Tract 1 will be sold as 72.22 +/-acres and then Tract 2 will be sold as 80.03 acres, tracts will not be combined.
Taxes: The current Real Estate Taxes according to the Plymouth County Treasurer are $2004 per year for tract 1 and $2036.00 per year for Tract 2. The seller will pay the 2016 taxes which are due and payable in March and Sept of 2017.
Possession: Possession of the farmland will be March 1, 2017.
Terms on Tract 1 & 2: Purchaser(s) will be required to pay a non-refundable 15% of the purchase price as earnest money deposit on each farm, and also agree to enter into a purchase agreement with the remaining balance due and payable on closing day on or before December 19, 2016 when the buyer shall receive a clear and merchantable title to the property.
