Legal Description: The NW ¼ of Section 32, Larchwood Twp, Twp 100N, Range 47W, Lyon County, IA. except Parcel C and Parcel A.

RE taxes: According to the Lyon County Treasurer, the current RE taxes are $2902.00 per year. Seller will pay the 2011 taxes due and payable in the Spring and Fall of 2012.
Possession of farmland: Possession will be when current crops are harvested. Seller will have right to remove some cornstalks.
