Method of sale: Farm will be sold with the final bid price x the gross surveyed acres. Tract 1 & Tract 2 will be offered in the choice method. The first successful bidder will have the choice of selecting either Tract 1 or Tract 2. The first successful bidder will only be permitted to select 1 tract.
