If the top bidder of choice selects both property 1 & 2 then the auction will continue to Property 3 if the top bidder of choice selects only Property 1 or Property 2 then whichever Property is remaining will then be sold. Once both Property 1 & Property 2 are sold then the remainder of the properties will be sold in the order listed.
