Legal Description: The E ½ of the NE ¼ of Section 11, Twp 97N, Range 39W of the 5th P.M. O’Brien, County, Iowa, containing 80 acres more or less, according to the Government Survey thereof; subject to established Highways and except real estate described in Warranty Deed Recorded in Land Deed Record 52 on page 124.

General Description: This outstanding 79.23 acre tract of farmland contains 77.15 tillable acres with the balance in road and ditch.
