This tract of land is located in the rolling hills south of Beresford, SD, near ethanol plants and grain elevators. The land is in a corn/soybean rotation and is available to the new owner for the 2020 crop year. The FSA estimates there is approximately 75.06 acres of cropland with a 37.3 acre corn base / 151 bushel PLC yield and a 34.9 acre soybean base / 39 bushel PLC yield. County soil rating of .802.
