Taxes: The current Real Estate Taxes according to the Lyon County Treasurer are approx. $1,805.87 per year on Tract 1, approx. $1,806.10 per year on Tract 2 and approx. $1,754.00 per year on Tract 3. Seller will pay the 2018 taxes which are due and payable in March and Sept of 2019.
