Thursday, June 26,2014–Sale Time: 6:00 P.M.

Location: 201 Gere Ave. Doon, IA. These buildings are located directly North of the Doon Elevator Company. Auction will be held at the site of the buildings. Auction signs will be posted!

Auctioneers note: As the Doon Elevator has purchased this property for future expansion, they are offering these two buildings to be moved.

General Description: On this auction will be an excellent 24 x 24 Garage built in 1981 with two 9 x 7 overhead doors. This garage is a stud wall garage which is maintenance free with metal on the side walls and roof. There is also a 40 x 40 pole building on this auction which features an approximately 12 x 14 ft overhead door and also a 9 x 7 overhead door. This building also has two walk in doors. This building was built in approximately 1977. There is no Real Estate included—buildings are only being sold to be moved.

Open House: Open house will be held on Thursday June 12 from 5:30 to 7:00 P.M.

Removal of buildings: The buildings must be moved by July 17, 2014.

Terms: Full payment will be due on each building immediately following the auction due and payable to Doon Elevator Company which is non-refundable. The buyer will agree to enter into a bill of sale with these terms. The buildings are being sold as is with all defects. No warranties are expressed or implied. Buildings must be removed from the current premises by July 17, 2014 at which time if the buildings are not removed, they shall become the property of the sellers and sellers may dispose of the buildings with no liabilities to buyer. The sellers will not be responsible for any damage or accidents involved in moving the buildings or any moving expense incurred by the buyer. Sellers will clean up premises after the buildings have been removed. If the buyers desire utilities after the auction, buyers will be required to provide utilities at their expense. After auction day June 17, 2014, the buyer(s) shall be responsible for any damaged incurred to the buildings. The sale is subject to confirmation of the sellers.
