Terms: Full payment will be due on the home immediately following the auction due and payable to Netherlands Reformed Church which is non-refundable. The buyer will agree to enter into a bill of sale with these terms. Home is being sold as is with all defects. No warranties are expressed or implied. Home must be removed from the current premises by Oct 17, 2014 at which time if the home is not removed, it shall become the property of the sellers. The sellers will not be responsible for any damage or accidents involved in moving the home or any moving expense incurred by the buyer. Sellers will fill in the basement and clean up premises after the home has been removed. If the buyers desire utilities after the auction, buyers will be required to provide utilities at their expense.
