Legal Description: The S ½ of the SW ¼ of Section 22, 98N, 45W of the 5th P.M., Lyon County, IA.– Subject to public roads and easements of record.

TERMS: Purchaser(s) will be required to pay a non-refundable 10% of the purchase price immediately following the auction and also agree to enter into a purchase agreement with the remaining balance due and payable on closing day March 13, 2012 when the buyer shall receive a clear and merchantable title to the property.
