Legal Description: The S ½ of the SW ¼ of Section 22, 98N, 45W of the 5^th P.M., Lyon County, IA.– Subject to public roads and easements of record.

General Description: Selling will be 80+ /– acres of Farmland according to the Lyon County assessor. According to the Lyon County FSA, this farm contains 75.93 tillable acres with the balance in road, ditch and waterway. This farm has an average CSR rating of 58.3. This farm is classified as -HEL. The predominant soil types are: 310B2, 310B, 310C2-Galva silty clay loam, 430-Ackmore silty clay loam, 401C-Crofton silt loam, 33D-Steinauer clay loam and 91B-Primghar silty clay loam.
