Predominate soils include Crofton-Nora eroded, Calco.  Soil rating .535.  According to Surety/AgriData the non water portion of the tract has an overall productivity index of 57.2.  The land is currently in a corn/soybean rotation. TERMS: 10% nonrefundable down payment day of sale with the balance due at closing on or before March 23, 2012.
