We will sell the following real estate at public auction at the land site located from Alcester, SD – 4 miles north on SD Hwy 11, ¼ mile west on SD Hwy 46.

The land is currently in a corn/soybean rotation and is available to the new owner for the 2015 crop year. This land was recently surveyed and the FSA information is estimated as follows: A 43.05 acre corn base with a 92 bushel direct and 143 bushel CC yield and a 43.05 acre soybean base with a 37 bushel direct and 44 bushel CC yield.
