Legal Description: -S ½ of the NE ¼ of Section 20, Twp 99N, Range 46W of the 5th P.M. Lyon County, IA – subject to public roads and any/all easements of record.

General Description: This productive 80.37 acre tract of farmland, according to the Lyon County FSA, has approx. 77.52 tillable acres with the balance in road and ditch and small waterway. This is an inside tract with road on one side. The predominant soil types include: 410B, 410B2, 410C2-Moody, 890B-890B2, 890C2-Moody, 92-Marcus, 430-Ackmore, 174-C2-Bolan and 910B-Trent. This farm has a corn base of 45 acres with a direct and cc yield of 92 bu .This farm is classified HEL. This farm has a soybean base of 28.6 acres with a direct and cc yield of 33 bu.
