General Description: This highly productive high quality 156.31 acres tract of farmland has according to the Lyon County FSA approx. 150.65 acres of tillable land with the balance in road and ditch and small waterway. The land has a corn base of 75.7 acres with a direct yield of 119 and cc yield of 152bu. There is a soybean base of 75 acres with a direct yield of 41 and cc yield of 49 bu. The predominant soil types include: 310, 310B-Galva, 91, 91B-Primghar, 92-Marcus and 733-Calco. This farm has an average CSR rating of 70. This farm has been very well managed and has good fertility.
