Online Only Auction Of All Of The Former Buildings To Be Moved From The Former Sioux County, IA Fairgrounds

* Auctioneers Note: We are honored to represent the Sioux County, IA Fair Board in offering at auction these excellent buildings currently located on the former Sioux County, IA fairgrounds to be moved! This is a tremendous opportunity to purchase one of these buildings! With building costs continually increasing this may be an excellent option to look into! All proceeds from this auction will go to benefit the development of the new Sioux County, IA Fairgrounds located at the former Sioux Center, IA Airport!

* Bidding will close on September 28, 2023 @6:30 P.M.. This will be a staggered close auction with the first two lots closing at 6:30 PM with additional lots closing every 3 minutes thereafter.

* Viewing: A viewing night will be held on the following days for the buildings: Open house will be held on September 14, 2023 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM and on September 21, 2023 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM or by appointment.

* Terms: Buildings are sold as is, where is with any/all defects. Buyers willl assume full liability for buildings and are responsible to ensure the building is properly insured. If damage occurs to the building after buyer has purchased the building the owners will not give any refunds or provide any insurance on the buildings. Buyers upon payment will be required to sign a bill of sale for the building they purchased which will state that they assume full liability for the building and are responsible to insure the building against loss. Buyer also understands and agrees that if the buyer does not remove the building by the final deadline that the building in question will be demolished and buyer will not be entitled to a refund and there will be no exceptions or extensions granted to the buyer.

DEADLINE TO REMOVE THE BUILDINGS FROM THE PROPERTY WILL BE MARCH 1, 2024

ZOMER COMPANY IS SOLELY HOSTING THIS AUCTION AND ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING THE BUILDINGS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE FAIR BOARD.
