* Bidding will close on September 13 & 14, 2023 starting at 5:30 P.M.
Location of Items: 1375 N. Main Ave., Sioux Center, IA 51250
* Pickup date of items will be on September 15, 2023 from 1:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M. or by appointment only. Buyers of the buildings and outdoor fencing will have until November 1, 2023 to remove the buildings unless a special arrangement is made.
Buyers will be responsible to bring all necessary tools and equipment to dismantle or remove items from the property. Buyer of anything that is attached including fencing, gates, heating/cooling units etc is solely responsible to dismantle the items and load items. Buyers of buildings are solely responsible for any moving costs and any dismantling costs, buyers will be solely responsible to remove and dismantle all fencing and other items attached to the property.
Viewing of the items will be held on September 11, 2023 from 4:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M.
IF THE ABOVE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH SOMEONE ELSE TO PICKUP YOUR ITEMS AT THE SCHEDULED TIME PRIOR TO BIDDING.
