* Bidding will close on October 19, 2022 @ 6:00 P.M.  -the 1 st  3 lots will start at close at 6:00 PM (Central) then additional 3 batch increments will close every 2 minutes thereafter until  the final lots are closed.

* Pickup  date of items will be held on October 20 from 4:30 to 6:30 PM (Central) at Storage Unit #9 on 12th Street in Rock Valley, IA

  ( One Block North of Verizon)

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME ABOVE. PICKUP WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED TIMES ABOVE.

IF THE ABOVE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH SOMEONE ELSE TO PICKUP YOUR ITEMS AT THE SCHEDULED TIME PRIOR TO BIDDING.
