Online Only Charity Auction For The West Lyon FFA

This auction is held to raise funds for West Lyon FFA Juniors to attend the Washington Leadership Conference in Washington, DC summer of 2022. We are looking to travel with 21 Juniors for the week-long trip to learn about serving in our home communities, growing our leadership skills, and exploring a historical city. Funds have often been donated through a few events: Grain Drive at local elevators, Silent Auction Items, and Live Auction with large items and students’ volunteered time. Please join us for an FFA hosted lunch at local elevators from 11-2 on Saturday, October 23 or until supplies run out.

We would LOVE to invite the public to the live event on November 6th. Supper provided from 5-7 with a raffle and auction to follow. This event will also have a kids carnival and plenty of pie! If you are the winner of a silent auction item, please pick up your item at the West Lyon highschool during the live event.

* Bidding will close on November 5, 2021 starting at 6:00 P.M. -the 1 st 3 lots will start at close at 6:00 PM (Central) then additional 3 batch increments will close every 2 minutes thereafter unti the final lots are closed.

* Pickup date of items will be on November 6, 2021 from 5:00 P.M. until the conclusion of the live auction or during school hours. Please contact West Lyon to make payment and to arrange pickup times. All payments will be paid directly to the West Lyon FFA.

* Terms: Cash and check on the day of pickup. All sales final.
