This auction will have a 10% Internet buyers premium with a $750.00 cap fee per item.

* Bidding will close on November 28, 2022 @ 6:00 P.M.  -the 1 st  3 lots will start at close at 6:00 PM (Central) then additional 3 batch increments will close every 2 minutes thereafter until  the final lots are closed.

* Pickup  date of items will be held on November 29, 2022 from 4:30 to 6:30 PM (Central) at Storage Unit #9 on 12th Street  ( One Block North of Verizon) in Rock Valley, Iowa 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME ABOVE. PICKUP WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED TIMES ABOVE.

IF THE ABOVE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH SOMEONE ELSE TO PICKUP YOUR ITEMS AT THE SCHEDULED TIME PRIOR TO BIDDING.
