This auction will have a 10% Internet buyers premium with a $750.00 cap fee per item.

* Bidding will close on May 28, 2025. The 1st 3 lots will start at close at 5 PM (Central) then additional 3 batch increments will close every 2 minutes thereafter until the final lots are closed.

Location of Items: Hawarden School / Storage Unit in Ireton

Location of Items:1300 Falcon Drive., Hawarden, IA  

* Pickup date of items will be on May 29, 2025 from 4:30  to 6:30 PM (Central) at 1300 Falcon Drive., Hawarden, IA

Takedown of building: Can start June 1 and must be moved by June 21

NOTE: Please note the scheduled pickup time listed above. If you are unable to pickup during the scheduled pickup time please make arrangements with someone else to pickup your items. If you bid and do not pick up during the scheduled pickup time for this auction a $20.00 fee will be added to your invoice at the end of the pickup night. 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME ABOVE. PICKUP WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED TIMES ABOVE.

IF THE ABOVE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH SOMEONE ELSE TO PICKUP YOUR ITEMS AT THE SCHEDULED TIME PRIOR TO BIDDING.

ALTERNATE PICKUP ARRANGEMENTS: Please call our office @ 712-476-9443  for alternate pickup arrangements. Must be scheduled & approved prior to bidding!
