This auction will have a 10% Internet buyers premium with a $750.00 cap fee per item.

* Bidding will close on May 18, 2022. The 1st 3 lots will start at close at 5:30 PM (Central) then additional 3 batch increments will close every 2 minutes thereafter until the final lots are closed.

* Pickup date of items will be on May 19, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Central) at 304 S. Main St., Inwood, IA DOORS WILL CLOSE AT 6:00 PM SHARP

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME ABOVE. PICKUP WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED TIMES ABOVE.

IF THE ABOVE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH SOMEONE ELSE TO PICKUP YOUR ITEMS AT THE SCHEDULED TIME PRIOR TO BIDDING.

ALTERNATE PICKUP ARRANGEMENTS: Please call Rick Childress at 605-261-3208 for alternate pickup arrangements. Must be scheduled & approved prior to bidding!
