* Bidding will close on May 17, 2021 @ 6:30 P.M. -the 1 st 10 lots will start at close at 6:30 PM (Central) then additional 3 batch increments will close every 2 minutes thereafter until the final lots are closed.

* Pickup  date of items will be on May 18, 2021 from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. @ 1414 Main St., Rock Valley, IA (Zomer Office)

* Terms:  Cash / Check or credit card day of pickup. All sales final.

This auction will have a 5% buyers premium with a $750.00 cap fee per item.
