*Bidding will close on May 17 2021-the 1st lots will start to close at 5:00 P.M. (Central) then additional lots will close every few minutes thereafter until final lots are closed.

*Pickup of auction items will be on May 18 from 2:00 – 4:30 P.M. or by appointment @ 1718 18th St., Rock Valley, IA

*Terms: Payment may be made through a wire transfer, cashiers check, Cash or credit card(Credit card incurs a 3% fee if used). Payment by mailing a check is not an acceptable form of payment. All sales final. All items sold as is, where is, with any and all defects and no warranties expressed or implied.

This auction will have a 5% buyers premium with a $750.00 cap fee per item.
