* Bidding will close on March 29 2023. The 1st 3  lots will start at close at 6 PM (Central) then additional 3 batch increments will close every 2 minutes thereafter until the final lots are closed.

Location of Items:  207 Barton Ave, Doon, IA 51235 (Community Center)

Open House to view items will be held on March 22, 2023 from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M.

* Pickup of items: Pickup of items will be on March 30 from 4:30 to 6:30 PM.

Buyers will have until April 14 to pickup items that will need to be dismantled. Buyers will be responsible for dismantling items and removal of items. Pickup times for dismantling will have to be arranged.

IF THE ABOVE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH SOMEONE ELSE TO PICKUP YOUR ITEMS AT THE SCHEDULED TIME PRIOR TO BIDDING.

ALTERNATE PICKUP ARRANGEMENTS: Please call Rick Childress at 605-261-3208 for alternate pickup arrangements. Must be scheduled & approved prior to bidding!
