This auction will have a 5% buyers premium with a $750.00 cap fee per item.
All Applicable sales tax will be charged on this auction. SD Sales tax will be charged on all items located in SD unless a valid exemption form is completed and returned. Sales tax will not be charged on titled vehicles/trailers(Tax will be due upon registration)

*Bidding will open March 1, 2022 @6:00 P.M.

*Bidding will close on March 16, 2022-the 1st lots will start to close at 5:00 P.M. (Central) then additional lots will close every few minutes thereafter until the final lots are closed.

ALTERNATE PICKUP ARRANGEMENTS: Please call Rick Childress 605-261-3208 for alternate pickup arrangements. Must be scheduled prior to bidding!

*Terms: Payment may be made through a wire transfer, cashiers check, Cash or credit card(Credit card incurs a 3.5% fee if used). Payment by mailing a check is not an acceptable form of payment. All sales final. All items sold as is, where is, with any and all defects and no warranties expressed or implied. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 48HRS OF PURCHASE AND MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN 2 WEEKS UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE. ITEM LOCATION IS LISTED BY EACH LOT AND SOME LOTS MAY HAVE A SPECIFIC PICKUP TIME. Titles will be mailed out 10 to 20 business days after final payment. Any back registration if any will be the responsibility of the buyers.
