* Bidding will close on Wednesday June 24, 2020-the 1 st 3 lots will start at close at 6:00 PM (Central) then additional 3 batch increments will close every 2 minutes thereafter until the final lots are closed.

* Pickup  date of items will be on Thursday June 25 from 4:30 to 7:30 PM (Central) at 100 Broadway Larchwood, IA.

* Terms:  Cash / Check or credit card day of pickup. All sales final.
