This auction will have a 10% Internet buyers premium with a $750.00 cap fee per item.

* Bidding will close on January 25, 2023. Catalog 1 will close at 5:00 P.M., Catalog 2 will close at 6:15 P.M. and Catalog 3 will close at 7:00 P.M.

*Open House will be on January 18 from 5:30 – 7:00 P.M. @ 1618 15th St., Rock Valley, IA 51247

* Pickup date of items will be on January 26 from 4:30-6:30 P.M.  @ 1618 15th St., Rock Valley, IA 51247

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME ABOVE. PICKUP WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED TIMES ABOVE.

IF THE ABOVE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH SOMEONE ELSE TO PICKUP YOUR ITEMS AT THE SCHEDULED TIME PRIOR TO BIDDING.

ALTERNATE PICKUP ARRANGEMENTS: Please call our office at 712-476-9443 for alternate pickup arrangements. Must be scheduled & approved prior to bidding!
