This auction will have a 10% Internet buyers premium with a $750.00 cap fee per item.

6.2% SD Sales tax will be charged on this auction.

* Bidding will close on February 28, 2024. The 1st lot will start at close at 6 PM (Central) then additional 1 batch increments will close every 2 minutes thereafter until the final lots are closed.

A $500.00 DEPOSIT WILL APPLY TO PURCHASERS OF STORAGE UNITS. When storage unit is paid for, and items are removed on time, the 500 dollar deposit will be issued back to you. If you fail to remove all of the items from the unit you will forfeit your deposit. 

LOTS MUST BE PAID FOR BY FEBRUARY 29

WINNER MUST TAKE ALL ITEMS OUT OF STORAGE UNIT OR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED

Location of Items: 3/4 block South of Dollar General in Canton, SD 

* Pickup date of items will be on March 2, 2024 at 10:00 A.M.

WINNERS OF LOTS 6,7,8,9 MUST BE PICKED UP AT 10:00 A.M. ON MARCH 2.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM UNITS BY MARCH 9 OR DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT WILL BE FORFEITED 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME ABOVE. PICKUP WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED TIMES ABOVE.

IF THE ABOVE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH SOMEONE ELSE TO PICKUP YOUR ITEMS AT THE SCHEDULED TIME PRIOR TO BIDDING.

ALTERNATE PICKUP ARRANGEMENTS: Please call our office @ 712-476-9443  for alternate pickup arrangements. Must be scheduled & approved prior to bidding!
