Auctioneer’s Note: By participating in this auction, you are making a significant contribution towards the operational costs of Sheldon Christian School. Your generous donations and purchases will help us purchase books, supplies and other essentials. We extend our heartfelt gratitude for your support, and we value your prayers. Bidding opens: Wednesday, February 15th at 6:00 pm

Bidding will close: Tuesday, February 28 at 6:00 pm

*The first 5 lots will start to close at 6:00 PM (CT) then additional 5 batch increments will close every 2 minutes thereafter until the final 5 lots are closed.

Pick-up Dates: 

• Friday, March 3rd from 2:30 – 5:30 p.m.

• Saturday March 4th from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. 

at the Sheldon Christian School (1425 9th St., Sheldon, IA 51201)

All items will be organized alphabetically by last name in the gym with your receipt.  If you purchased a frozen meal or brats, you will pick these items up at that time as well.

New this year: Frozen meals and packaged brats will be listed at the end lot numbers. Winning bidders will have these automatically added to their sales receipt.

• Frozen meals: 60 lot numbers of ½ of smoked pork loin with an 8×8 pan of cheesy potatoes.  $50.00 to bid/claim one of these meals.  You just need to submit an opening bid.  If you see that the meal already has a bid, scroll until you find a meal without a bid.  If all the meals are bid on, then you would bid up to possibly claim the meal.

• Packaged Brats: 50 lot numbers of 12 skinless bacon cheddar brats (2 packages of 6 brats). $20.00 to bid/claim. And like the frozen meals, you only really need to bid once and find a lot number that doesn’t have a bid if you want to claim.

• There will not be a bake sale this year during the pick up of your auction items.

• You will NOT be able to pay for your auction items online.  Zomer has graciously let us use their online platform for free.  Payment (cash or check only)must be made at pick up. All sales final. All items sold as is, where is, and must be picked up on March 3rd or 4th unless special arrangements have been made.
