* Bidding will close on Feb 15-the 1 st  5 lots will start at close at 5:30 PM (Central) then additional 5 batch increments will close every 2 minutes thereafter until the final 5 lots are closed.

* Pickup date of items will be on Feb 16 from 4:30 to 6:30 PM (Central) at 1443 5th Ave. SE Sioux Center, IA. 51250

* Terms:  Cash / Check or credit card day of pickup. All sales final.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME ABOVE. PICKUP WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED TIMES ABOVE.
