* Bidding will close on March 9, 2020 @ 6:00 P.M. -the 1 st 3 lots will start at close at 6:00 PM (Central) then additional 3 batch increments will close every minute thereafter until final lots are closed.

* Pickup  date of items will be on March 10, 2020 from 5:30 to 7:00 PM (Central) @ 1618 15th St, Rock Valley, IA

* Terms:  Cash / Check or credit card day of pickup. If a credit card is used, your account will be charged a 3% convenience fee. All sales final.

*Open House will be held on March 4, 2020 from 5:30 – 7:00 P.M. @ 1618 15th St, Rock Valley, IA
