*Bidding will close on Dec 19, 2016-the 1st 15 lots will start to close at 7:00 P.M. (Central) then additional 15 lot increments will close every 5 minutes thereafter until final 15 lots are closed.

*Open house: Open house to view the items will be held on Dec. 13, 2016 from 5:30 to 7:00 P.M.

*Pickup date of items purchased will be Dec 21 from 5:30 to 7:00 P.M. (Central)

*Terms: Cash/Check or credit card day of pickup. All sales final.
