General Description: Selling will be 154.28+/–Acres of Sioux County, Iowa farmland. This farm according to the Sioux County FSA contains 144.83 acres of cropland and has a corn base of acres with a direct yield of 95.07 and cc yield of 177 bu. This farm has a barley base of 21.93PLC yield of 41 bu. This farm also has 3.8 acres of CRP with an annual payment of $1668.00. This contract expires on 9-30-2025.
