*Bidding will open on February 2, 2016 @ 8AM

*Bidding will close on Feb 18, 2016 the 1st 10 lots will start to close at 7:00 P.M. (Central) then additional 10 lot increments will close every 5 minutes thereafter until final 10 lots are closed.

*Open house: Open house to view the items will be held on Feb 8, 2016 at 1807 15th St. Rock Valley, IA.  From 5:30—6:30 P.M. 

*Pickup date of items purchased will be Saturday Feb. 20 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. (Central) —Items must be removed that day.

*Terms: Cash/Check or credit card day of pickup. All sales final. All items are located at 1807 15th street Rock Valley IA.
