Terms: Purchaser(s) will be required to pay the full purchase price within 48 hours of the auction closing by a cashiers check or wire transfer and Purchaser will sign a Bill of Sale with these terms. Purchaser is responsible for any fees charged by purchasers bank for cashiers check or wire transfer. This building is sold as is, where is, with any and all defects. No warranties are expressed or implied. Purchaser is encouraged to do their own due diligence. The purchaser will be responsible for all costs associated with moving the building and will assume all liability for any damages to the home or injury which occurs on the sellers real estate property while the home is being removed from the property. The purchaser shall also be responsible to disconnect the water, sewer, elec and propane from the building Purchaser will not be responsible to remove any foundation, if any.
