General Description: This is a great opportunity to purchase a building to be moved! This building is currently located in Rock Valley, IA and is owned by the Rock Valley Gun Club! This building is a pole building and has steel siding a steel roof! This building was built in approximately 1990. This building has a 28ft x 30ft storage/garage area that is insulated and heated with one 10ft x 10ft overhead door! This building also has an approximately 31ft x 42ft storage area with a 7ft x 14ft office area. This portion of the building has two overhead doors with one being a 15ft wide x 8ft tall and one being 9ft wide x 7ft high. This building was in the flood of 2024 and no guarantees are expressed. Purchaser’s are buying the building in the as is condition!

 

 

Method of Sale: Building will be sold on an online only auction with the bidding to close on August 27, 2025 starting at 6:00 P.M.. This auction will have an auto extension feature. Terms:  Purchaser(s) will be required to pay the full purchase price within 48 hours of the auction closing by a cashiers check or wire transfer and Purchaser will sign a Bill of Sale with these terms. Purchaser is responsible for any fees charged by purchasers bank for cashiers check or wire transfer. This building is sold as is, where is, with any and all defects. No warranties are expressed or implied. Purchaser is encouraged to do their own due diligence.  The purchaser will be responsible for all costs associated with moving the building and will assume all liability for any damages to the home or injury which occurs on the sellers real estate property while the home is being removed from the property. The purchaser shall also be responsible to disconnect the water, sewer, elec and propane from the building Purchaser will not be responsible to remove any foundation, if any. The building must be moved by no later than November 1, 2025 unless purchaser and seller agree in writing to extend it later than November 1, 2025.  If the building is not moved by buyer by November 1, 2025 the buyer will forfeit all rights to the building and penalties may also apply.
