We wish to welcome you to the Passion for Purple prospect lamb sale. We have teamed up with the Muecke Family to offer some of our top prospects for sale. We welcome our special consignor Rand Whitney to this event. Rand needs no introduction to the show lamb industry. His program has produced competitive lambs for many years. The Muecke family has assembled some very nice ewes in a short time and Shae and Kylie have had a good run the last couple of years with lambs they have produced. The genetics in their flock run deep in some of the preeminent bloodlines in vogue today. It has been my pleasure to work with some really great people the last few years.
My flock has been producing competitive lambs for many years. The flock runs deep in hampshire genetics, with past rams including Cabaniss 90-98, and his sons 320,334,335. We purchased the reserve champion hamp ram at the Black and White in 07 from Mark Overman. The Cole ram was used successfully for 2 seasons and was intensely bred Cabaniss and Johnson genetics. And 4 years ago the $5800 sensational Trunk Son was purchased from Clay Elliot. The 90 ram that has sired a few on this sale is a son, and Square peg is out of a daughter. The Klienert ram was utilized last fall. He was straight Miller bred Hamp. The slack Suffolk has been used lightly this year, but his lambs have hit the champion circle every year for our feeders. The Dorset program was added 3 years ago and the speck 100 ram from Texas has made a splash for us laying down champions every year for our feeders. A new ram was added from Ralph Amnx of Texas last summer. This guy has laid down a set that is sure to find a backdrop this summer.
