POSSESSION/LEASE TERMS OF TRACTS 1 & 2: Possession of the farmland will be sale day. Possession of Tract 3 will be closing day. Farmland is available to farm for the 2012 crop year.

Terms for Tracts 1, 2 and 3:  Purchaser(s) will be required to pay a non-refundable 10% of the purchase price immediately following the auction and also enter into a purchase agreement with the remaining balance due and payable on closing day on or before May 16, 2012 when the buyer shall receive a clear and merchantable title to the property.
