General Description: Wow! How often can you say you have the opportunity to purchase a home to be moved! This home is a 1300 square foot, 3 bedroom ranch style home with a double attached garage! The main floor of the home consists of the kitchen, dining room, master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, 3rd bedroom and main floor bathroom with laundry. This home has asphalt shingles and vinyl siding. This home has an American Standard propane furnace and central a/c. The buyer of the home will be responsible for all costs associated with moving the home. The buyer shall also be responsible to disconnect the water, sewer, elec and propane from the home. Buyer may remove any items in the basement which buyers desires to move with the home. The home must be moved by no later than June 1, 2024. Terms:  Purchaser(s) will be required to pay for the home within 48 hours of the auction closing by a cashiers check or wire transfer and sign a bill of sale for the home. Purchaser is responsible for any fees charged by purchasers bank for cashiers check or wire transfer. This home is sold as is, where is, with any and all defects. No warranties are expressed or implied. Purchaser is encouraged to do their own due diligence.  The purchaser of the home will be responsible for all costs associated with moving the home. The purchaser shall also be responsible to disconnect the water, sewer, elec and propane from the home. The propane tank which is currently used for the propane furnace will not be included with the sale of the home. Purchaser will not be responsible to fill in the basement.
