We sell at public auction the following real estate located from Beresford, SD,  9 miles south on I-29 to the Volin Exit,  4 ½ miles west on 306th St and 2 miles south on 466th Ave.

John Hanson moved from Sweden to America and filed claim to the land in 1868 and ownership was granted in 1876. TERMS: 10% nonrefundable down payment day of sale with the balance due on or before Dec 8, 2010.
